Washington Hospital Healthcare Foundation presents a community and cultural event entitled, "Sharing Memories of a Lifetime" on Friday, Feb 29, at 8 p.m. in the Ohlone College Smith Center. The evening, in honor and memory of David L. Johnson, M.D., will benefit Washington Hospital's Stroke Response Program and feature entertainer Rita Moreno, among others.
Entertainer Rita Moreno won an Oscar for "West Side Story," an Emmy for a guest appearance on the "Muppet Show" and "The Rockford Files," a Tony for "The Ritz" and a Grammy for "The Electric Company." Moreno is the second woman to receive all four major American entertainment awards and was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by George W. Bush in 2004. She can currently be seen in CBS' hit series "Cane."
Reserved seating for this event is $60. Sponsorships are available starting at $500. All sponsors will enjoy the additional benefit of attending an intimate dessert reception after the event (also at Ohlone College) at which they will be able to personally meet Ms. Moreno.
To purchase tickets or request a payroll deduction form, please call the Washington Hospital Healthcare Foundation at (510) 791-3428 or email email@example.com.
