To volunteer, you must be either at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian, and complete a waiver/registration form. All clean up supplies will be provided. Several Hayward graffiti removal and street clean up events are scheduled, and can be viewed, along with the required registration form, at www. hayward-ca.gov/webware/Default.aspx?Message=3188&t=-1. The next event will be on Saturday, Feb. 23, from 8:30 a.m. - Noon to clean up Hesperian Boulevard and Tennyson Street. Clean up volunteers will be meeting at Mount Eden Park.
