Jennifer C. Andersen, AICP*, formerly a Redevelopment Project Manager with the City of Fremont, is pleased to announce the establishment of Andersen Planning Consultants in San Leandro. Jennifer has 20 years of experience in public sector planning and redevelopment, including seven years with the City of Fremont. She has an undergraduate degree in Urban Engineering from UCSD (1984) and a Masters degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University (1993). Jennifer's work has earned awards from the American Planning Association and the National Association of County Governments.
