August 14, 2007 > Bicycle pedestrian technical advisory committee meeting Bicycle pedestrian technical advisory committee meeting Submitted By Rene Dalton The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) makes annual allocation of Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 funds for bicycle and pedestrian projects to cities and counties in the region. The City is eligible for approximately $200,000 in TDA funds for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year. For the next TDA funding cycle, Staff is recommending bicycle lane and sidewalk/curb ramp projects from the City's Bicycle Master Plan projects list and Capital Improvement Program Projects list. Staff recommends that the City's Bicycle Pedestrian Technical Advisory Committee (BPTAC) approve and prioritize the recommended projects.
