Digital photography and "Photoshopping"
Submitted By Cooksey Talbott
Get the most out of your digital camera by learning how easy it is to make beautiful prints at home in your "digital darkroom" on your computer. Come learn a few basic principles of how to use Adobe Photoshop CS at a workshop given by professional photographer Cooksey Talbott.
Thorough explanation and demonstrations will cover the "development" or "Photoshopping" of a variety of images, ranging from landscapes to portraits. Basic operation will be covered in the morning and advanced applications in the afternoon. You will learn to retouch and mask portraits, remove distracting elements from nature and superimpose elements from one photo into another plus other techniques used to produce an exhibition grade print in color and black and white.
Photoshopping Saturday, August 25 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Fremont Art Association Gallery 37659 Niles Blvd., Fremont (510) 742-0548 cooksey@cookseytalbottgallery.com
