What better way to enjoy the warm summer sun than with great music? Summers in Milpitas have been rockin' since the city's concert series began in 1984, and this year is no exception. Bands range in genres from rock and roll to island beats and audiences of all ages are invited to attend this free concert series.
Organized by the city's Park's and Recreation department, the concert series will kick off on Tuesday, June 26. In the line-up are Milpitas favorite's-sure to attract large crowds. So bring your friends and family to see these bands in action. Bring blankets and a picnic dinner and spend a relaxing evening listening to great music. A barbecue dinner will be sold at the July 24th concert.
Concerts will be held every other Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Murphy Park. For more information, call (408) 586-3210.
