South Asian new mothers group starts in Fremont
Narika and Kaiser Fremont announced a monthly South Asian new mother's group that will meet on the first Tuesday of every month. The group features Kaiser pediatrician Dr. Shalini Sahai, who will give practical tips for new moms in English, Hindi and Punjabi. Questions like What foods are dangerous for my baby? When should I stop breastfeeding? How can I tell if my baby is really sick? And much more. Mom's will walk away with some practical resources and make some new friends for them and their children along the way.
