May 22, 2007 > Winners Crowned at Beauty Pageant Winners Crowned at Beauty Pageant Union City contestant named Miss Preteen Natural Beauty USA Submitted By April Mason, National Director The Natural Beauty Pageant USA competition was held in Fair Oaks, CA on May 13, 2007. Contestants from online preliminaries as well as entrants at large competed live for the national titles. The morning began with a "one on one" with the judges. After interviews, the optional talent portion began. After a short break, entrants competed in sportswear modeling and formalwear modeling on the runway. The pageant concluded with each delegate answering an onstage question. Judges included Cathy Rassmussen, Elly award winning local actress, Kim Erickson Mrs. America's Touch of Class 2006 and Heather Scott Clark Mrs. Placer County ATOC 2007. Sarah Dahdouh of Union City, CA was voted winner of the Spirit of Pageantry award by her fellow contestants as well as Miss Preteen Talent, Photogenic, Essay and Academic & Community Service. Sarah also captured the overall High Score award and was crowned Miss Preteen Natural Beauty USA. All winners received gifts and $100.00 savings bonds. Winners will be making personal appearances at parades and charity events during the next year.
