Free spay or neuter services

Purrfect Cat Rescue and Tri-City Animal Shelter are teaming-up to provide free spay/neuter services to local feline pets of low income Fremont residents. On Saturday, May 12, the Animal Shelter's "neuter-mobile" will be parked in front of Pet Food Express in the Raley's Shopping Center at 39010 Paseo Padre Parkway. A limited number of spots are available and will be restricted to low income residents of Fremont. You will be required to license your cat with the city prior to May 12.

To reserve a spot and license your cat, please follow these steps:

- Contact Purrfect Cat Rescue at 510-739-1597, or info@purrfectcatrescue.org. Once approved, pick-up your voucher for the spay/neuter clinic from our coordinator (times and dates will be arranged upon approval).

- Present voucher to the city licensing office during open hours any time prior to May 12th.

- On May 12 bring a copy of your licensing receipt and your voucher in order to receive your free spay/neuter.

In addition to free neutering, the city will be providing vaccinations and micro-chipping for your companion cat at time of surgery, all free of charge.

For more information, contact Purrfect Cat Rescue at (510) 739-1597; or email at info@purrfectcatrescue.org. You may also visit our website, WWW.Purrfectcatrescue.org.
