The League of Volunteers (LOV) will present tier annual Kid's Spring Break Carnival on Thursday, April 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the LOV Community Service Center, 38120 Ruschin Dr., Newark in the former Ruschin School. Open to all Tri City children age 12 and under. There will be lots of exciting games, prizes galore, and a challenging 3-in-one rock climb/slide/bounce as well as refreshments. Age categories for the coloring contest are 2-4, 5-6, 7-9 and 13 and over. All coloring contest entries will be on display and prizes awarded to the winners at 12:30 p.m. Coloring contest forms are available at LOV and at Fremont, Newark and Union City libraries and community centers. Contest entry deadline is 4 p.m. on Friday, April 6th. |
