April 3, 2007 > Easter Festivities Easter Festivities Hayward: Easter Bonnet Parade & Egg Hunt Saturday, April 7 Kennedy Park 19501 Hesperian Blvd., Hayward This event is held annually the Saturday before Easter at Kennedy Park. The Easter Bonnet Parade is led by the Easter Bunny for children ages 6 years old and under who wear homemade bonnets. Prizes are given to those bonnets judged as the prettiest, most unusual, and most colorful. The Egg Hunt is for children between the ages of 3 and 9 years old. Each participant will receive a basket full of goodies and participate in a wonderful egg hunt lead by Mr. Bunny. The book fair and the Pancake Breakfast will begin at 8:30 am in the assembly hall (pancake breakfast does require an extra fee).
