March 13, 2007 > Fremont students score in world math contest Fremont students score in world math contest Five students from the City of Fremont were among the winners in the 2007 Primary Math World Contest Team Tryouts: Aaron Zhou, 7th grade (Hopkins) Spencer yee, 6th grade (Ardenwood) Lewis Chen, 5th grade (Chadbourne) Aditya Kotecha, 5th grade (Challenger) Joshua Chan, 3rd grade (Gomes) Lewis Chen scored the highest and came first among all of the 112 contestants. Aaron Zhou and Spencer Yee won 2nd place trophies; Aditya Kotecha and Joshua Chan were awarded 3rd place.
