Bye Bye Birdie, a tri-school effort

Bye Bye Birdie, the story of rock and roll superstar Conrad Birdie and his agent, Albert Peterson, is the Tri-School production put on by Mercy Burlingame, Notre Dame Belmont and Junipero Serra. After rigorous rehearsals, the cast kicked off their performance schedule with a half-time show at a Serra basketball game and a teaser at Hillsdale mall. Performances will be at the Carl Gellert Theater, Junipero Serra High School, 451 W. 20th Ave., San Mateo, on March 16, 17, 18 (matinee) and March 23, 24.
