The Warm Springs Business & Community Association would like to invite you to our general meeting on August 5, 2004. Our guest speakers will be the City of Fremont Budget Officer, Jim Becklenberg and Councilmember, Dominic Dutra. They will be speaking about the Utility Users Tax Proposal.
