During "Retired Teachers Week," November 12 - 18, the local California Retired Teachers Association, Division 91, honored a group of teachers and administrators who continue to be involved in education activities on both local and national levels.

They all were part of a record annual contribution of 2.3 million volunteer service hours from the state association. In addition to their time, association members raised over $400,000 in scholarship monies for future teachers in California.
