December 5, 2006 > Fremont Stories- The final chapter

The Fremont Main library will host the final chapter in a series of stories collected for the Oral History Project, part of the Celebrate Fremont Heritage Team's project. Interviews of residents and visitors on experiences of the day and other special memories during the Celebrate Fremont event, held last September, were compiled on a DVD titled "Capturing the Moment."

Presentations will be made to the city and library of the DVDs, reflecting three era's of Fremont history: Washington Township through 1955, The New City: 1956-1977, and A United Nations City: 1977 - 2006. The DVD will be available for purchase.
