Correction
In last week’s listing of candidates for the Washington Township Health Care District, we inadvertently left out candidate Steve Strayer’s picture and information. TCV apologizes for the error.

Ensure in every proposal considered, that the interests of the taxpayers and patients are placed above those of the medical establishment.
Reduce the cost of hospital operations and services to taxpayers and patients.
The present board is weighted with directors with professional ties to the medical establishment. I believe this has resulted in over-emphasis on building a bigger and more prestigious institution and under-emphasis on addressing the concerns of taxpayers and patients. I have no professional connection to the medical establishment or any other special interest group. My only commitment is to the concerns of taxpayers in the district and patients of the hospital. |
