October 31, 2006 > Vote No on Proposition 90: it is a perfect example of how to devastate a City!

Who is signing the "Yes" Argument for Prop 90?  An Eminent Domain Abuse
Victims, CA Protect Our Homes Coalition? and the National Federation of
Independent Business?  Who do they represent to change the California Constitution?

The Lie -It involves eminent domain 'takings', completely FALSE!

The Steal - If passed, billions of taxpayers monies to unscrupulous property owners and developer's will occur.  Our City Ordinances will no longer provide for a planned development.  Prop. 90 could require billions of Dollars in New Taxpayer costs each year.

The Why - Prop. 90 is written to attempt to change our California Constitution.  Prop 90 would limit State and local authorities to adopt certain land use, housing, consumer, environmental and workplace laws and regulations.

The Reason - Why the California Police Chiefs Association and California Fire Chiefs Association, who respond to homeowners, are asking you to vote "NO" on Prop 90 is to protect our established development plans.  The cost of the lawsuits and payouts would rob local communities and funds for fire and police protection. 

Voters Answer - VOTE NO on Prop 90!  Allow citizens to adhere to their local planning laws and protect our environment and quality of life.

 Vote "No" on Prop. 90 on November 7, 2006!
