Save your kids from cavities and help the troops

by Baleen Shemirani

Fremont orthodontist Dr. Bobby Shemirani is offering $1 for every pound of candy turned in to his office. Every year he buys back Halloween candy from the community and his patients to support various charitable organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the League of Volunteers.

This year, candy collected will be donated to the Blue Star Moms who will include it in care packages sent overseas to our troops. Everyone benefits, the candy stays out of the kids’ mouths- especially those with braces, and the troops receive the candy.

Candy Buy Back Program
Thursday Nov. 2
2 – 6 p.m.
