The Salvation Army Tri-Cities Corps Community Center provides food and toy assistance to needy families during the holiday season. Thanksgiving and Christmas applications will be accepted October 16-20, 1 to 4 p.m. Christmas only applications will be accepted November 6 - 10, 1 to 4 p.m. All applicants must qualify in order to receive assistance. In 2005, over 70 corporate, church, school, civic and community groups partnered with The Salvation Army to help provide Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance.
