September 25 - Receiving - 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Art will be received at the Fremont Art Association Gallery. Bring registered, framed, cleaned and tagged entries to be juried.

September 26 - Jurying
Juror: Robert Poplack is Associate Professor of Fine Art, and is the Director of the Wiegand Gallery at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont CA. He teaches fine art courses, curates exhibitions for the University and is a practicing painter who exhibits his work nationally.

September 27 - Pick-up of Non-selected art
11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Artists must pick up non-selected entries from gallery. Entries left after 7 pm will be subject to a $5.00 per day storage fee.

September 29 - Opening of Show
Gallery is open: Wednesday - Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

September 30 - Reception
4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Reception and presentation of awards will be at the Fremont Art Association Gallery.
The public is invited.

October. 15 - End of Show Art pick-up - 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Artists pick up their entries from the show. Any work remaining after this date will be subject to a $5.00 per day storage fee.
