Tops kick-off season with 2-0-2 record

The Fremont Tops started off the 2006 fall season by hosting the Mission Peak Jamboree.  With 45 teams signed up to participate, the Tops were poised to face some strong clubs. 

Tops kicked off the Jamboree with a shut-out against MVLA Dynamite, 2-0.  This was followed by two score draws:  1-1 against the Walnut Creek Dynamos and 2-2 versus the Grypons 96G Red. 

The team finished the Jamboree by defeating the Castro Valley Fusion, 3-0.  With a fierce defense and strong offensive play from Vienna Curtis, Lauren Clark, Megan Coffey, Tylore Bell, Sharon Singh, Mia Volpatti, Jarna Patel, Dinaz Bamji, Haley Joly, Eva Becerra, Claudia Robinson, and Alexandria Montag. They finished the Jamboree with a record of 2-0-2, and are poised to begin an exciting league schedule.
