Union City's Leisure Services Department Senior Program invites you to the 6th Annual Senior "Hot August Day" auto show on Saturday Aug. 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ruggieri Senior Center. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided for this very special community event.

As in years past, local senior citizens will proudly display cars and trucks of all stripes; antiques, customs, hot rods and straight stock models from the 30s to the 70s will make the scene in this intergenerational show that brings together young and old. Look at them, talk to their owners, reminisce and maybe even imagine yourself at the wheel of one of these "Hot August Day" dream machines!

Also, enjoy a fundraiser BBQ with delicious hamburgers, hot dogs and lemonade.
