ArchPort Sandals For Carrying Wallet In Sole
Fremont (PRNewswire), July 6_New Management, Inc. is now offering the first sandal with the patented ArchPort(TM) wallet compartments in the soles. Summer beachgoers, vacationers and "freestylers" alike can store their credit cards, identification, cash, keys and other articles in their sandals, eliminating the need to carry a bulky and cumbersome purse or wallet. Just like taking a wallet from your pocket, the ArchPort(TM) wallet feature is retrievable without having to remove one's sandals. The company believes that placement of personal items in the sole of one's footwear is the least obtrusive and easiest way to carry valuables, rather than being burdened with a purse, wallet or personal articles affixed to the body.
It is inconvenient and cumbersome for beachgoers to carry a purse or wallet while wearing swimwear and obtrusive to carry items such as keys, identification, credit cards and money in shorts during summer activities. ArchPort(TM) sandal is a simple solution, offering a convenient place to store these and other personal items.
These sandals are an improvement to previous ArchPort(TM) footwear. The newer sandal fashion athletic shoes have one compartment with a "snap lock" wallet feature to secure the compartment into the sole. However, the sandals have a wallet compartment in both soles (rather than one), offering ample storage space. They also include Velcro covers to offer additional protection from sand and debris that could enter the compartment.
Founder Matt Potts is the designer and developer of the sandals. His story was covered twice during the past five years in Inventor's Digest magazine. Since September 2001 Matt has developed, patented, designed and introduced several styles of athletic shoes. His vision is to modularize shoes to carry specialized and interchangeable inserts -- for GPS, MP3 memory and data memory, as well as other interchangeable components that fit into a port (hence, ArchPort(TM)).
