On a warm, typically breezy evening at the Celtic park soccer field, Into The Blue and The Blizzard were locked in a contest that was anything but routine - a very exciting defensive game. Erica Ohye from "Into The Blue" scored the first goal with a rocket shot! The assist went to Alyssa Gilbert. Into The Blue's defense of Sarah Wong, Katie Lindsay, Christina Kim, Rebecca Holland and Miranda Alam, held the very powerful "Blizzard" team to only one goal. Kudos to "Into The Blue" midfielders, Rachel Heng, Sneha Thatipelli, Kamya Raja, Neha Teekappanavar, and Michelle Macias, for hanging tough in this 1-1 tie. |
