With the elections a mere two weeks away, an Easy Voter Guide might come in handy. Alameda County Libraries have them available now. The nonpartisan 16 page guides provide a concise overview of the two statewide propositions in layperson language, along with a listing of candidates running for state and local offices. The guide also contains voting tips and resources.
