April 22, with Saturday's victory, the 2006 CALL Major Indians have 2 wins in a row and are playing 500 ball! Indians' pitching was solid-two innings each by 'Drew' Perea, Zach Ghaith, and Chris Condeff. Chris put the game on ice with 5 strikeouts.

In the bottom of the first inning, an A's runner (#2) was picked off, and in the 4th inning, another Athletic (#12, Megan) was tagged out on a rundown between 2nd and 3rd. Way to go, Indians!

Steve Johnsen singled in the top of the 3rd inning, then took advantage of A's passed balls, stealing 2nd, 3rd, and finally home for the Indians' first score.

Two insurance runs were added in the 6th inning, starting with Ryan Ghaith's perfect bunt single. Ryan advanced on Steve Johnsen's second single and scored on a Zach Ghaith sacrifice fly. Then Steve scored the final run on a single by Eric Shively.
