Jenna Holly and Laurie Trickel are both student teachers getting ready to embark on teaching careers. Both have mothers who are teachers and members of Alpha Delta Kapps, a honorary sorority for outstanding women educators. The two women were each the recipients of a $1000 scholarship given out at the group's scholarship dinner.

Jenna is the daughter of member Carol Hoffman, and will begin her student teaching as a sixth grade history teacher. Laurie is the daughter of member Laura Trickle, and just finished her student teaching in second grade and is starting her Master's program.
