Opening game spring soccer was played on a beautiful Saturday morning. Into The Blue played very well defensively against a strong offensive team but lost 3-0 to the G.I. Janes. Defensive players Katie Lindsay, Erica Wong and Erica Ohye played hard and tight for the whole game. Goalie Rebecca Holland also saved some goals to keep the score close. Offensive Players Alyssa Gilbert, Michelle Macias and Erica Ohye did some fast passes and nice kicks but couldn't get the ball in the net. Overall, the team played well and look forward to their next game.
