Ohlone College hosts World Forum on Israeli/Palestinian conflict
Dr. Noel Kaplowitz, who teaches at UC Davis, will speak to students on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict as the second part to a previous forum on the Palestinian perspective at Ohlone College on March 29. The public is also invited to attend.
Professor Kaplowitz's research includes hundreds of hours of in-depth interviewing with Arab and Israeli leaders and officials on their national self-images, perceptions of the other, and attitudes toward issues in conflict. His articles on the "Arab-Israeli Conflict" and on "Cultural and Psychological Dimensions of International Relations" have been published in a variety of professional, peer-reviewed journals.
