The city of Fremont in conjunction with the Rental Housing Owners Association of Alameda County (RHO) will sponsor the 2006 Multi-Family Management Training Workshops beginning Jan. 19. This year's event will be a 6-week series of seminars held on Thursdays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Niles Conference Room of the Development Center (39550 Liberty Street, Fremont (510) 537-0340).
The focus will be on providing owners and managers of single family and multi-family residential rental properties with a comprehensive understanding of the crucial elements of effective property management that will ensure that they possess the necessary tools for success.
