Each year, Abe Sousa says "thank you" to the community for their support of his business. In traditional Portuguese style, a barbeque of traditional foods, music and good cheer are in abundance in front of Sousa's Discount Food and Liquor at 1584 Washington Blvd., in the Ohlone Village Shopping Center (Fremont). This year, friends in traditional dress of Madeira Island of the Azores showed up to help brighten the festivities.
