Near and Far Opens May 15 at Fremont Art Gallery
Opening Saturday, May 15, 2004, as part of its Spring Show, the Fremont Art Association presents Near and Far, an exhibition of recent work honoring Ann-Marie Haley and Dee Haag, two local watercolorists of exceptional merit. The public is invited to meet the artists at the Fremont Art Galley's opening reception from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Fremont Art Association Gallery on Sunday, May 16. The feature exhibition continues on display through May 30.
The Fremont Art Association Gallery is located at 37659 Niles Boulevard in the heart of the historic Niles community. There is ample free parking in the municipal lot directly across the street from the FAA Gallery and public transport via Alameda County Transit bus service is available through Route 213, which stops a block north of the gallery.
The Spring Show and Near and Far exhibits are free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 to 5:00 pm. Further information on the FAA at (510) 792-0905. |
