Pan Pacific Bank's official grand opening ceremony will be held at its corporate headquarters on 47065 Warm Springs Boulevard in Fremont on October 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. The public is invited to join local officials and dignitaries in welcoming the San Francisco Bay Area's newest independent bank. The celebration will include an official ribbon cutting ceremony and traditional Asian lion dance along with food and beverages provided.
Pan Pacific Bank, a California state chartered financial institution, was founded by four individuals, three of whom are from Fremont. The bank's vision is to excel at marketing (led by founder and chief marketing officer Nancy Lee), credit (spearheaded by founder and chief credit officer Byron Lee), and technology (guided by founder and board member Karen Miyahara). The president and CEO is Brian Conley. Additional members of the experienced senior management team are COO Sherry Price and CFO Jack Olson. Many of the bank's board members and investors are from Fremont. Combined banking experience of the senior management team and the board exceeds 200 years.
