Whether or not you were one of the more than 150 people who attended the 1st Community Dialogue Meeting on July 26th, you still have an opportunity to help prioritize goals to improve care and support services for older adults and their families in the Tri-City area. The Community Dialogue is for all, whether you're already 60 or just planning to make it there some day!

Aging, The Ultimate Adventure...,a partnership between the City of Fremont Human Services Department and the Tri-City Elder Coalition, invites all Tri-City residents to participate in a 2nd Community Dialogue. We will build on community input we've obtained so far as we refine an action plan to address the current and future needs of older adults.
