My Healthy Nutrition, in association with the American Complementary Medicine Association, is having a series of wellness seminars for public health education. There will be a series of talks on homeopathy, nutrition, food supplements, ayurveda, acupressure, reflexology, color therapy, and more to make people aware of the alternatives available to them. There will be health information distributed during the event.

The next seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, August 30, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Fukaya room of the Fremont Main Library, 2400 Stevenson Boulevard in Fremont.
