Tri-Cities retired teachers Association (CRTA #91), invites the public to attend their annual picnic. Enjoy the view from the highest point at Ohlone College's Lagoon, 43600 Mission Blvd., Fremont. Professional caricaturist, Wolfgang Niesielski will entertain. Prizes and book sales help with grants for new teachers.
