A Sunday classic
Something has been missing from the Tri-Cities and finally, it is back! After a too long hiatus, Sundays are now complete with the delicious option of spending a leisurely and delectable meal at Spin-A-Yarn Restaurant in the Warm Springs District of Fremont. It is impossible to go wrong at this expansive spread of delectable food. The buffet allows each diner to choose among an ocean of choices. Everything from appetizers to a table filled with desserts awaits fortunate diners who visit between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. every Sunday.
Traditionalists will not be disappointed with entrees including pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage and eggs. The more adventuresome will branch off to sample strawberry cheese blintzes and eggs Benedict or have a cheerful and skilled chef combine selected ingredients for a made-to-order omelet. Those who lean toward the lunch side of things will probably be drawn to the prime rib station and savor the flavor of their favorite cut. Salads and fruit trays provide a refreshing compliment to entrees. Seafood lovers have nothing to worry about here. Shrimp, crab and a salmon tray provides the right accent to the buffet. And speaking of accents, a glass of complimentary champagne adds a perfect touch to the meal.
Spin-A-Yarn extends its signature casually elegant style to Sunday Brunch as well. White tablecloth service of unobtrusive, yet attentive waitpersons is expected at this Tri-City icon and that assumption is well-founded. All family members, including children, are given top priority to maintain friendly, clean and efficient service that puts diners at ease.
One of the frustrations when visiting a fine restaurant is making a decision while glancing at a menu filled with delicious choices. A companion will choose an entrŽe that looks great and an internal promise is made to try that selection on a following visit. A return trip may offer another set of choices and the great looking dish remains on the sidelines. Although buffets have eliminated the menu dilemma, diners are often faced with a choice between patronizing a fine restaurant with excellent food quality, preparation and service or a buffet of standard fare in noisy and utilitarian facilities. Spin-A-Yarn has eliminated the problem - here excellence prevails on all fronts.
Those looking for a Sunday treat for family, just the two of you or a personal reward for the week that was, Spin-A-Yarn will provide the nourishment, setting and accoutrements to make Sunday's extra special. Glancing at another's plate can simply indicate what to look for on the next trip to the buffet, rather than regret. The only regret possible at Spin-A-Yarn's Sunday Buffet is letting a Sunday go by without giving it a try. After making the decision to make a reservation for next Sunday, the choices are all yours!
