Union City to Hold Fifth Annual Spring Egg Hunt to Benefit Youth Soccer Leagueby Union City Leisure Services
Union City Leisure Service's event will include a pancake breakfast, book fair, carnival, egg hunt, scavenger hunt, arts n' crafts, a raffle and much more. Each child will receive a spring basket full of goodies and entrance into the carnival.
Egg hunts are divided into the following ages: one and two year olds, three and four year olds, five to seven year olds and eight to 10 year olds. Mr. and Mrs. Spring Bunny will lead the egg hunt and be available for photo opportunities.
Cost to participants registered on or before March 24 is $7 and $10 on the day of the event. The pancake breakfast is $4 with all proceeds to benefit the Union City Youth Soccer League.
On Friday, March 25, UCLS will offer a one-hour art class, "T'was the Night Before...The Egg Hunt," in which participants will do Spring art activities and help decorate eggs. Space is limited.
Event Sponsors include Albertsons, American Licorice, Bloomers Chocolates, Ghiradelli Chocolates, Krispy Kreme, Rose Garden, Safeway, Starbucks, Union City Transit, Union City Environmental Services and Wal-Mart.
