The Irvington Business Association will present Christmas Tea with Santa on Dec. 5 at 1p.m. - 2 p.m. at Cynthia's Tea Garden, 40985 Fremont Blvd., Fremont. Refreshments will be provided by Pearl's Café and Cynthia's Tea Garden. Reservations are limited to 28 people so reserve early. The deadline for reservations is Dec. 1.
