Did you know that just one blood donation could save up to three lives? Do your part this holiday season and donate blood at one of the American Red Cross' East Bay Mobile Blood Drive stops throughout the area.

Thursday, November 11, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the East Mobile Blood Drive will be at the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints located at 3551 Decoto Rd., Fremont.

Monday, November 15, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can donate at Mission Valley Elementary School, 41700 Denise St., Fremont.

Wednesday, November 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Blood Drive team will be at Cal State Hayward located at 25800 Carlos Bee Blvd., Hayward.

Saturday, November 27, from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Holy Spirit Church will host the East Bay Mobile Blood Drive. The church is located at 37588 Fremont Blvd., Fremont.

To donate blood you must be 17 years of age or older and weigh at least 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required for all donors. Government issued identification, a driver's license or a Red Cross blood donor card are all acceptable forms of I.D.
