The Fremont CBOC (Fremont Unified School District Citizens Bond Oversight Committee) which oversees the spending of the $157 million school bond that passed in 2002, will meet Thursday, August 26, 2004, from 7 - 9 PM at Chadbourne School, 801 Plymouth Avenue, Fremont. The topic for presentation will be a site visit of current/completed Chadbourne projects. Additionally, the committeee receives a status report of all projects in predesign, design, and construction stages. The public is always invited to attend the meeting and there is an opportunity for public input on the agenda. For additional information about the meeting or projects, please call 510-498-2424.

A position is currently open on the Committee. Community members who are active in a bona fide taxpayers organization or a business organization in Fremont are especially encouraged to apply.
