April 13, 2004 > Spring Art Festival and Sale on Saturday, May 1st

The Hayward Area Recreation Dept. is sponsoring a Spring Art Festival and Sale on May 1st at the Adobe Art Center located in Castro Valley. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the district art's program in order to make up for some of the funding lost due to the recent state budget cuts.

Beautiful, handcrafted pottery, sculpture, jewelry and paintings will be on sale, made by students, instructors, and local artists. There will be pottery demonstrations and information on our classes. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the district art's programs. So come meet the artists and support the local art's program.
