Free Annual Celebration to Preserve and Promote the Art of Tap Dancing
Attention local tap dancers and those who enjoy watching the craft! Tap West will hold its annual showcase of talent on Saturday, May 1st at La Quinta Inn & Suites. The first 500 registrants will receive a free top hat and goodie bag. Dancers will learn the routines in the afternoon and a ensemble performance will be held for 6 p.m. for the general public (free). Those attending are asked to bring a donation of a non-perishable food item or pet item to be donated to local food banks and no-kill animal shelters.

4:30 p.m. Raffle prize winners announced
5 p.m. Practice dance routine
6 p.m. Tap West Showcase
