Celebrate Arbor Day at the Newark Library
Wednesday, March 17th from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. at the Newark Library children of all ages are invited to hear Ardenwood naturalist Tara Reinertson tell a story about a special tree and then children will learn about some of the unique and rare trees that live at Ardenwood.
This free program is co-sponsored by the East Bay Regional Park District, Ardenwood Historic Farm, and the Newark Library.
The Newark Library, a branch of the Alameda County Library, is located at 6300 Civic Terrace Avenue and is wheelchair accessible. For more information call (510) 795-2627 x11. An ASL interpreter will be made available with 7 days notice. |
