February 3, 2004 > 2003 Grand Prize Winner

Each year, ALL entries in the What's Happening Tri-City Voice (TCV) contest are combined for a random selection of a "Grand Prize" winner. The winner of the grand prize for 2003 is Dr. D. D. Yates. Claiming her prize, a set of pearl earrings, at Jewelry By Design in Newark, she said her first encounter with the Tri-City Voice was in the waiting room at her doctor's office. That is one time when having to wait paid off!

A new contest is being developed and will begin appearing in future issues of TCV.
